African beads, hand-crafted from broken seed beads by Ghana’s Krobo who have a long history of bead-making,
they range in size from 13-15 mm in diameter, bead holes 2.5-3 mm
made from broken seed beads; instead of going to waste they are ground into a powder and fired in moulds to make ‘new’ beads
each bead is unique, due to hand-crafting, and small variations in size occur
useful for jewellery and crafts
they will make beautiful focal beads
