Red mix African heishi vinyl beads, (sometimes called “vulcanite”) discs,
very thin discs approx 10-12mm wide, your strand may include a few of other dimensions, making it a really lovely mix
under a millimetre thick with a 1-2 mm hole
the holes can easily be widened with a bead reamer
they work well used in their own right
they make great spacers, to prevent beads rubbing against each other
