African beads, handmade recycled glass from Ghana’s Krobo region where they are made using old and traditional techniques in vertical moulds
2 sizes available:
1. approx 12 mm wide , 7-8mm long, with 2-3 mm holes.
2. 14mm wide, 9-10mm long 2-3mm holes
they are very well made and really pretty
the designs are achieved by filling clay moulds with different colours of ground glass powder prior to firing in kilns
